Terms of Service

Last updated July 16, 2026

These terms govern your use of Televox ("Televox", "we", "us") — the AI-powered phone answering and calling service operated at admin.televox.ai and described on televox.ai. Televox is a product of KISWAHTECH (PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company registered in Pakistan. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

The service

Televox provides software that answers and places phone calls for your business using an AI voice agent. Depending on your configuration, the service can answer inbound calls, place outbound calls, book appointments, capture caller details, record and transcribe calls, and send notifications. Features vary by plan and evolve over time.

The service is in active development. We may add, change, or remove features, and features labelled as early access or beta may change or be withdrawn without the notice we would give for generally available features.

Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and using the service on behalf of a business.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including activity by your team members.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, and in particular:

  • No unlawful robocalling or telemarketing. You are responsible for complying with the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing laws, and do-not-call rules. For outbound calls, you must have the legally required consent from the people you call. Televox provides controls — DNC lists, calling-hour windows, and AI self-identification — but using them correctly and lawfully is your responsibility.
  • No emergency use. The service is not a substitute for emergency services and must not be relied on for 911 or other emergency calls.
  • No fraud, impersonation, harassment, or deceptive practices, including configuring the AI to conceal that it is automated where disclosure is required.
  • No attempts to probe, overload, or circumvent the security of the service.
  • Phone numbers provisioned through the service are subject to carrier and messaging rules; numbers used abusively may be reclaimed by carriers, which is outside our control.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Plans and billing

  • The service is sold in flat monthly plans; each plan includes a usage allowance, and usage beyond the allowance is billed at the overage rate for your plan.
  • Fees are charged in advance for each billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable; we may issue pro-rated refunds or credits at our discretion.
  • We may change prices or plan structures with notice before your next billing period.
  • You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase, other than taxes on our income.

Your data

You own your data — your business information, your call recordings, transcripts, and the details the AI captures from your calls. You grant Televox a license to host, process, and transmit that data solely as needed to provide and improve the service. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI output

The service uses artificial intelligence to conduct conversations and extract information. AI output can contain errors — it may mishear, mistranscribe, or misstate details. You are responsible for reviewing AI-handled interactions that matter to your business, and for not relying on the AI alone for decisions with legal, medical, financial, or safety consequences.

Call recordings

Recording and transcription are controlled per workspace and are your choice to enable. You are responsible for ensuring your use of recording complies with the call-recording and consent laws of the places where you and your callers are located, including two-party-consent states. Televox provides disclosure and consent controls; configuring them appropriately is your responsibility.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service available and will use commercially reasonable efforts to do so, but we do not currently offer an uptime guarantee or service-level agreement. The service depends on third-party providers (telephony, speech, and AI vendors) whose availability we do not control.

Termination

You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active through the end of the paid billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, unlawful use, or non-payment. After termination you may request an export of your data within a reasonable window before it is deleted.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue. Televox’s total liability arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Televox is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, give notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
