Live dashboard
Watch your AI work — live.
Step in the moment it matters.
An AI receptionist you can't see is an AI receptionist you can't fully trust. The Live board shows every active call and chat as it happens, flags the moment someone asks for a person, and lets your team listen, join, or take over from the browser — then hand back without losing context.
One board, every channel
Every live conversation on one screen.
The Live board shows only what's happening right now — phone calls, web calls, WhatsApp calls (beta), WhatsApp chats, and website chat — updating every few seconds, each card with its channel, who's talking, and the live transcript tail.
Phone calls
Every call to your business number, with the live transcript tail as the AI talks.
Web calls
Voice conversations started from your website widget — same board, same controls.
Website chat
Text threads from the site widget, ready for a one-click takeover.
WhatsApp chats
WhatsApp message threads on your business number, with optional name-signed operator replies.
WhatsApp voice calls
Live WhatsApp calls appear on the board too — listen or join from the browser. Calling itself is in beta.
The moments that matter, surfaced
“Wants a human” fires when someone explicitly asks for a person — any phrasing, voice or chat, understood by the AI itself rather than a keyword list. “Wobbling” uses deliberately conservative heuristics to flag a text conversation that may be drifting.
An empty board is the normal state — it means your AI is handling everything. You'll find it under Dashboard → Live.
Chat takeover
Take over any chat. The AI steps aside.
Works on WhatsApp threads and website chat. One click pauses the AI in that conversation — and only that conversation — while you reply from the dashboard as yourself. Hand back whenever you're done and the AI picks up with everything you said as context.
Visitors on your website see replies as “‹your name› · team”. On WhatsApp, an optional per-agent setting signs operator replies with the teammate's name — otherwise they appear as normal messages from your business number.
Spot the thread
A WhatsApp or website-chat conversation needs a human touch — you saw a flag, or you just want to say hello yourself.
Click Take over
The AI goes silent in that one thread — no double-answering, no talking over each other. Every other conversation keeps running on AI.
Reply as yourself
You type from the dashboard; replies go out on the customer’s channel. The website widget shows "your name · team", and an optional per-agent setting signs WhatsApp replies with your name.
Hand back
The AI resumes with the full conversation as context — it knows a teammate handled the last messages, and the customer never has to repeat themselves.
Voice takeover
Listen to — or join — any live call. From the browser.
No phone system, no conference bridge. Any live voice conversation on the board — phone call, web call, or WhatsApp voice call (beta) — can be listened to or joined in one click.
Listen first
Open any live call from the board and listen from your browser. It’s one-way — the caller and the AI are unaffected, and nothing is heard from your side.
Join & take over
The AI announces you by name — "I’m bringing ‹name› on the line now" — then goes silent. You talk to the caller directly. Your arrival is always explicit; there’s no pretending the AI was a person.
Transcription keeps running
The call stays on the board while you talk, and the full conversation — AI part and human part — lands complete in Call history.
Hand back anytime
Leave the call and the AI resumes with a context note about what you handled — or stay on to the end. Your choice, per call.
Why browser join beats a cold transfer: a traditional transfer redirects the caller to another number — it only works on actual phone calls, and whoever answers takes the call cold. Browser join works on every voice channel because it joins the existing conversation: you hear the context first, the caller never gets shuffled, and the AI can resume when you leave.
Escalation, done honestly
An escalation ladder, not a blind transfer.
If someone from your team is live on the board, a caller's first “get me a human” is held for a live join — the call is flagged, and the watcher gets a moment to step in — before falling back to a normal transfer. The customer gets a human who already has the context, not a cold handoff.
The principle underneath: only offer a human who can actually be there.
Working hours: never ring a dark office
Set optional working hours on the transfer action — your timezone plus weekly windows. Inside the windows, escalation works normally. Outside them, the AI never rings an empty office: it takes a message or books a callback, and flags the conversation on the board so your team sees it first thing in the morning.
Your team
Operator seats: the live desk, and only the live desk.
Give staff exactly the access a live desk needs — nothing else.
- Invite staff by email from the Team page with the Operator role.
- They sign in with a magic link — no password to manage — and land straight on the Live board.
- Operators see only the Live board and call history: no agent settings, no knowledge base, no billing.
- That confinement is enforced down to the database layer, not just hidden in the UI.
- Every takeover reply is attributed by name, so customers and teammates always know who said what.
In your pocket
The live desk goes where you go.
The dashboard installs to your phone's home screen as a PWA — no app store needed. Opt in to notifications and it pings you at exactly one moment: when a customer explicitly asks for a human. Never on “wobbling”, never on every call. No alert spam, by design.
From the push, you open the Live board to listen, join, or take over — wherever you are.
One iPhone caveat, stated plainly
iOS only delivers web push to an installedapp: use Share → Add to Home Screen first, then enable notifications from inside the installed app (the bell on the Live board). Allowing notifications in plain Safari won't work — that's an Apple platform rule, and we'd rather tell you up front than let you miss a caller.
How this compares
We looked for this elsewhere. We couldn't find it documented.
As of July 2026, none of the major developer voice-AI platforms — Vapi, Retell, Synthflow — documents an owner-facing live view of an in-progress AI call with browser listen/join, or a built-in takeover inbox. WhatsApp team-inbox tools (Wati, respond.io, Interakt) handle message takeover but have no live AI-call surface. That's why our comparison table says “not documented” rather than claiming what others can't do — capabilities change, and you should check current documentation when you evaluate.
